  2.              LICENSE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER

  4.    1. All copyrights to NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER are exclusively owned
  5.       by Sowsoft LLC.

  7.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 60 days.
  8.       Following this test period of 60 days or less, if you wish
  9.       to continue to use NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER, you MUST register.

  11.    3. NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER may be freely distributed, provided the
  12.       distribution package is not modified.  No person or company may
  13.       charge a fee for the distribution of NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER without
  14.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  16.    4. There are two types of licenses:

  18.       A. "Free Evaluation License" allows you to install and use up to 10
  19.       copies of NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER Client and a single copy of
  20.       NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER Server.

  22.       B. "Single Server and Multiple Client License" allows you to install
  23.       and use a fixed number of copies of NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER Client 
  24.       and a single copy of NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER Server.

  26.    5. NETWORK PASSWORD MANAGER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  27.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  28.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  29.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
